You can add a unique touch to your phone cases, wallets, and other leather goods using two distinct methods:

• Laser Engraving: This allows us to permanently etch your desired text or symbols onto the surface of the product.
• Embossing: This classic technique presses elegant, raised letters into the leather. We offer five color options for embossing: black, silver, gold, rose gold, and transparent.

How can I track my order?

Answer: We ship all of our products using fast FedEx delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your unique tracking number.

To monitor your shipment, simply enter this number on the official FedEx tracking page to follow its journey to your door.

We will try to ship your order on the same day if it is placed between Monday and Friday before 13.00 (G.M.T). Orders placed between Monday and Friday after 13.00 (G.M.T) will be shipped the following working day, those placed after 13.00 (G.M.T.) on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the shipping company and tracking number of your order. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
