Please note that express shipping to private addresses in Russia is not available, only standard shipping applies. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. If approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any damages, defects, or incorrect items immediately. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids, are non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards are also excluded.

For exchanges, return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted. EU customers benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing returns within 14 days without justification.
