We offer worldwide shipping through FedEx ensuring fast and reliable delivery. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 13:00 GMT are typically shipped the same day, while orders after this time are dispatched the next working day. Delivery times to the EU, USA, Canada, and the UK are between 3-5 business days. All shipments come with a tracking number, and shipping is insured for your peace of mind. Please note that express shipping to private addresses in Russia is not available, only standard shipping applies. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. In case of unpaid duties or unclaimed parcels, refunds will exclude shipping fees and return costs. Unexpected delays due to customs or carriers may occur. We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at mehmet.yigit@bouletta.com. If approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any damages, defects, or incorrect items immediately. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids, are non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards are also excluded.
For exchanges, return the item and place a new order once the return is accepted. EU customers benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing returns within 14 days without justification.
