Orders placed Monday to Friday before 13:00 GMT are typically shipped the same day, while orders after this time are dispatched the next working day. Delivery times to the EU, USA, Canada, and the UK are between 3-5 business days. All shipments come with a tracking number, and shipping is insured for your peace of mind. Please note that express shipping to private addresses in Russia is not available, only standard shipping applies. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. If approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
