We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
